Ricky Knight: From Senior Consultant to Managing Director in Just 14 Years
Ricky became a part of the Whitehall family in April 2009. Over the years, his impeccable business insights have spearheaded Whitehall’s transformation, supporting our turnover growth from £9.3m to a staggering £93m today.

- 2009: Initiated with 2.5 years of specialist UK Contract recruitment experience.
- Progressed through roles beginning as a Consultant to Senior Consultant, UK Contracts Manager, UK Business Manager, Head of UK Sales, Sales Director, and finally, as of September 2023, Managing Director.
“During my time, I’ve brought my first home (and moved a couple of times since), got a dog, got married and now had my first child. I’ve enjoyed working with people whose life has taken a similar course; watched them grow and develop both as experts in their field, but also as people.
