Travel
We have offices in Colchester, Essex and Frankfurt, Germany – there are plenty of opportunities to get out and about. As recruiters, we frequently travel across the UK to visit clients and candidates. Whether it’s to attend networking events or to present to a potential new client, it’s important for us to build and maintain relationships.
Our international team can often be found jet-setting across Europe and the Middle East, it’s important to not only build relationships but also understand the culture and environment that surround our clients and candidates.
Incentives
We have quarterly competitions across the business. The winners can choose from a weekend at our villa in Portugal, hotel and theatre trips, hotel and a family trip to UK attraction (safari, Legoland, theme park), a day at the tracks or spa weekends. This quarter, one of the winners was someone who has been here less than a year.
Commission structure
We have a clear and transparent commission structure – there’s no small print, and you can earn from day one. Here are some facts and figures on Whitehall consultants to give you an idea of the opportunities here. These are all based on team members that have worked longer than a year:

Any consultant who exceeds their target is rewarded that month with Lunch Club – a Friday afternoon out the building on the house. We also have paid-for nights out through the year including huge summer and Christmas parties and nights out to celebrate company milestones. We also put on food during the day when we have record-breaking months.
