Contracts & Compliance
Our Contracts & Compliance team serves as our first line of defence, expertly managing the intricate balance between rapid and accurate contractor onboarding and delivering top-tier personal service. They address queries and maintain flexibility while ensuring full compliance with our internal and client-specific governance criteria. Working with prominent global companies, government agencies, and defence organisations, the need for stringent compliance is paramount, and our team consistently delivers absolute accuracy.
The team handles fluctuating workloads, including periods of extremely high activity, relying on first-class systems, exceptional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong teamwork. Committed to continuous improvement, they identify ways to enhance our processes and communication, both internally and externally. Their can-do attitude extends to interactions across departments—be it Finance, Sales, or direct engagements with candidates and clients, ensuring no challenge is too great.
IT Support
The IT Team at Whitehall is crucial for managing the company’s IT systems and infrastructure on a daily basis. They are the initial contact for any system-related issues, providing necessary support to employees and acting as liaisons with third-party system support.
Beyond troubleshooting, the team also focuses on enhancing security measures to protect against cyber threats, maintaining the efficiency of the internal network, and developing new IT solutions. They ensure quick and effective handling of data requests from candidates and clients, making sure that all operations run smoothly and securely.
Human Resources
The HR team at Whitehall is integral in supporting all business areas, focusing on employee relations, internal recruitment, and learning and development. This team is dedicated to building strong relationships throughout the company to help everyone achieve their fullest potential. A typical day in HR varies greatly, encompassing tasks from onboarding new hires to managing retention and staff engagement, ensuring that no day is the same and always engaging.
Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in our growth, as we not only map talent pools but explore vast potentials and venture into new territories of talent. We aim to attract individuals who are not merely seeking a job but are enthusiastic about embarking on an exciting career journey with us, striving to become the leading global specialist agency.
Finance
The Finance Team at Whitehall is dynamic and results-oriented, working in close collaboration with other teams daily. This fast-paced team is divided into two key areas: Accounts Receivable, which handles invoicing and collection from clients, and Accounts Payable, which is responsible for making payments to contractors and processing timesheets. At the core of their operations is a commitment to providing professional and helpful service to both clients and contractors.
Each role within the Finance team contributes to the seamless operation of the finance functions across all Whitehall entities, supporting the company’s strategic direction. The team thrives in a relaxed office environment, sharing space with other back-office groups, and enjoys socialising together outside of work hours, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie.
Administration
Meet the superheroes of our office – the Administration team! They’re the glue within our operations, making sure everything ticks along nicely. Picture them as the ultimate multitaskers, keeping our switchboard, CVs, and facilities in check. Their secret sauce? A dash of dedication and a sprinkle of passion for connecting us with amazing candidates and clients at lightning speed.

The Admin Team’s superior systems and processes shine, enabling them to manage high volumes of work without missing a beat.
